1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password and API key confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One person or business, one account. Creating additional accounts to evade limits, enforcement, or to claim promotions more than once is a breach of these Terms.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2. The Service

Actibuzz supplies temporary phone numbers for receiving one-time verification codes from third-party platforms. Numbers are sourced from third-party network providers and are allocated to you for a limited activation window.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any platform you choose to verify against. Whether that platform accepts a given number, and whether it permits the use of a temporary number at all, is outside our control and remains your responsibility.

3. No Guarantee of Delivery

Verification codes are delivered by third-party networks and the platform you are registering with. Delivery is not guaranteed, and success rates vary by service, country, and over time. We publish indicative information where we can, but it is an estimate rather than a promise.

Where a number does not receive the code within its activation window, the order is refundable as described below. That refund is your sole remedy for a non-delivered code.

4. Pricing, Balance and Payment

• Orders are paid from your account balance, which you fund in advance through our payment partners.
• The price shown at the moment you place an order is the price charged. Prices change as upstream costs and exchange rates change, and we may update them at any time without notice.
• Balance is credit for use on the platform. It is not a deposit, it earns no interest, and it is not transferable between accounts.
• You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the service.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

• No code received. If an order's activation window ends without a verification code, the order is refunded to your account balance.
• Cancelling early. You may cancel a pending order and be refunded, subject to a short minimum holding period after the number is issued. Cancellation is not possible once a code has been delivered.
• Delivered codes are not refundable. Once a code reaches you the service has been performed, whether or not the destination platform accepts it.
• Refunds are made to your Actibuzz balance. Withdrawals to an external payment method, where offered, follow the process shown in your account.
• We may withhold refunds where we reasonably suspect abuse or a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of Actibuzz is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits fraud, unauthorised account access, bulk automated registration, evasion of platform enforcement, spam, and other abuse. The AUP forms part of these Terms, and breaching it is a breach of these Terms.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream provider outages, and factors beyond our control may interrupt it. We may add, change, or withdraw services, countries, or features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Actibuzz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of access to any third-party account arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, where required by law, or where continued service would expose us or our providers to risk.

Where termination follows a breach, remaining balance is forfeit. Where you close your account voluntarily and in good standing, any remaining balance is handled as described in your account.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect once published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date above will change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
